Sauf en étant alcoolique et buvant tous les jours effectivement l'arrêt d'alcoo ne change rien a une vie

Que tu ait une consommation occasionnel ou aucune consommation il y a aucune différence pour le corps ou ta vie

Mais passer de consommation journalière a arrêt total la cela va changer ta vie
