j'ai de la whey dans le shaker mélangé à de l'eau depuis hier 10 h du mat, je pourrais la consommer ce soir ou c'est mort ?

Vraiment pas longtemps : si c'est pas réfrigéré déjà dissout dans de l'eau, c'est de la bouffe hyper digeste pas que pour toi mais absolument tout ce qui est vivant dans l'air sur terre.
Demande à chatgpt mais en quelques heures c'est déjà colonisé par quelque chose je pense. 24h après c'est la roulette russe pour ton bide
