Comment dois-je m'y prendre pour effacer un souvenir qui remonte à il y a à peine quelques heures ?

Vouloir l'effacer c'est la pire chose a faire, il faut juste l'accepter

Vouloir l'effacer c'est la pire chose a faire, il faut juste l'accepter

Vu que le souvenir est très récent, il n'est pas encore totalement ancré dans la mémoire à long-terme. J'ai encore mes chances de l'effacer, du moins partiellement, non ?

Vu que le souvenir est très récent, il n'est pas encore totalement ancré dans la mémoire à long-terme. J'ai encore mes chances de l'effacer, du moins partiellement, non ?

Chercher à l'effacer va te pousser à y penser et à alimenter une obsession donc non, accepte le et apprend à vivre avec et il partira tout seul
