Il faut prendre des aliments avec bcp de fibres (framboises même congeler, tu les met au frigo un certain temps pour decongeler, mange les a jeun)
10 gros pruneaux a jeun le matin, pain complet le midi avec soupe. Le soir manger des lentilles.

Bol de all bran avec 3 pruneaux dedans et boire de l'hepar. 3 jours d'affilés. Le 5eme jours ça ira mieux. Si tu fais 4 jours d'affilés t'auras la diarrhée le 5eme jour.
