J'ai reçu un héritage important.
J'aimerais acheter une résidence secondaire au Japon, et le louer 6 mois dans l'année.
J'ai trouvé un appartement intéressant à Okinawa.

C'est possible mais c'est pas un investissement si rentable que ça. (Et tu peux rester max 90 jours à chaque fois)
