Je sais pas si c'est les habitants ou les techniciens eux même mais en gros quand ils ont une panne ils débranchent ta prise et l'utilise et toi t'as plus internet pendant 3 semaines https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2018/26/7/1530476579-reupjesus.png
Après ton problème est réglé ils te rebranchent puis 2 jours plus tard a nouveau quelqu'un vient te débrancher et tu attends encore 1 mois sans internet https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2018/26/7/1530476579-reupjesus.png
