Logique les humains sont fait pour se coucher entre 22h00 et 0h00 et se lever entre 5h00 et 7h00 en fonction de l'individu

Se sont les horaires naturel de sommeil

D'ailleurs ceux qui bossent de nuit vivent moins longtemps

Donc un humain est pas fait pour s'endormir a 8h00 logique que tu ai du mal a dormir
