J'ai eu pareil que toi sur ton autre topic l'année dernière khey, je compatis 'jai cru clamser aussi.

J'ai réussi à stop solo avec quelques benzo depuis 2 mois aujourd'hui ( je tournais a 1L de Ricard par jour ) bon courage khey

Il y a aura des séquelles c'est certain après si tu arrives à arrêter définitivement le corps a quand même une capacité de régénération impressionnante donc faut rester positif.

Tu as piccoles non-stop pendant 18 ans ou tu as eu des phases d'arrêt ?
