ça m'est arrivé l'alarme sonne dans 2H50 donc te plains pas

Dans ces cas là je m'habille et je prépare mes affaire d'avance car je sais qu'en me levant j'aurai pas le QI pour faire toute ces actions

non. Il vaut mieux dormir même 45 minutes que pas dormir du tout. Ok t'aura du mal à te lever mais la journée sera quand même un tout petit peu moins pénible

J'avais lu ça par la suite oui, juste faut éviter de se réveiller lors d'une phase de sommeil profond
