tu peux varier il y a différentes sortes j'irais pour une variante classique et une variante cheddar la marque importe peu mais ça peut impacter le goût et la texture président de mémoire les petits carrés coûlent beaucoup quand ils fondent donc si tu en mets beaucoup ça sort de l'appareil, tu peux rajouter du poivre avec le fromage fondu ça transforme le goût c'est god-tiers
