franchement jsuis pas fatigué malgre que j'ai fait mes 8h et que je suis debout depuis 6h30

par contre j'ai bien envie de m'allonger devant un film et m'endormir quasi aussitot (ce sera scarface, hier j'ai essayé mais jme suis endormi au bout de 20min )

Le début c'est lent et quand tu es fatigué bah compliqué de voir plus

endormi a 22h45 max hier, heureusement que je mets la minuterie de la TV a la longueur du film

mais concretement que jm'endorme a 23h ou a 3h du mat alors que je fais mes 8h ca change pas grand chose a ma fatigue (ni au fait que jme tape au moins 5/6 cafés par jour)
