résumé :
En France, trois millions de personnes souffriraient de troubles psychiatriques sévères. Quand l'un d'eux commet un crime, une question revient : aurait-on pu éviter le drame ? Les journalistes ont partagé le quotidien des soignants et malades de l'hôpital psychiatrique de Montfavet, l'un des plus grands du pays. Patrick et Axel, infirmiers, tentent d'y préparer leurs patients à retrouver une place dans la société. Mais à leur sortie, des malades, comme William, se retrouvent livrés à eux-mêmes. L'histoire de Bastien, faute de soins, illustre cette crise : en plein délire, il a tenté d'assassiner son père.

Faut voir tous les tarax (les vrais tarax hein, pas ceux qui se soignent et qui sont socialement intégrés) en hôpital de nuit, le jour à Nantes ces déglingués se baladent en hurlant et en faisant peur aux gens, la nuit ils retournent dans leur HP
