En moyenne , un volume X de gruyere contient une 'manque' vide pX, 0 < p < 1.

En augmentant le volume X de gruyere, le volume de trou pX augmente aussi.

A volume X egal, si on diminue la proportion de vide p, on augmente la proportion de non vide
