Si l'on sort très peu de chez soi il y a peu de moyens de vérifier si l'on est BG ou pas.
Y a t il une méthode irréfutable qui permet d'évaluer notre attractivité (par ex eyes contact, serveuse dans un resto, ...)

Perso j'ai plein de eyes contacts quand je cours torse nu, par contre rien du tout quand je suis habillé normalement. J'imagine que j'ai une sale gueule mais un corps correct.
