Ça dépend la taille. Ceux des japonais sont très gros. Si je ne mange que ça, je peux t'en exploser 20 même plus.
Mais ce n'est pas bien pour la santé

1m82 105kg (gomuscu) j'en mange 35/40 après j'ai plus faim si j'avais une grosse faim déja (et 45 - 50 si je parle d'assortiments sushi / california / maki etc )
