Aujourd'hui 1, 2 ce soir après la salle de sport

J'essaye de ne pas dépasser 2,5 L, apparemment c'est trop au delà, sinon je peux en boire 3/4 litres/jour quand je bourrine le cardio (c'est de la vraie soif pourtant)
