L'énorme faim en question : 250kcal

J'ai pris 1,1 kg sur la balance hier et je me suis pesée ce matin il me reste 0,8 kg à perdre, donc j'ai mangé des choses peu caloriques (sauf les noix) mais qui callent. Et la pomme était vraiment grande, j'ai mis plusieurs minutes à la manger ...
