il suffit de continuer en ajoutant 2h à chaque fois, tu vas finir par être recallé

C'est tellement simple de se recaler. Il suffit de rajouter 1 ou 2 heures chaque nuit à son heure de sommeil.

+1 par contre 1 heure c'est vraiment lent, rallonger de 3-4h par jour c'est très largement faisable
