J'ai demandé une Rupture Conventionnelle y a 6 mois : refusée. Même si mon chef direct était pas contre, la direction a dit non. Il a « malencontreusement » annoncé mon depart prochain en septembre 2023, 6 mois plus tard j'suis encore la ayaaaaa et depuis ce jour je fous plus rien.

Y a quelques jours , RC redemandée et acceptée (avec + de 20jours de CP et RTT accumulés)

Et vous, vous travaillez aussi dur que moi j'espère ?

Je cotise encore pour la retraite de nos chers boomers, contrairement aux RSAISTES de ce forom.

Je n'ai pas encore atteint leur niveau
