Toute ma vie j'ai évité les psychologues et psychiatres mais ces temps ci ma détresse a évoluée a un tel point que je n'ai plus d'autre ressort que d'aller chercher une aide externe https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2023/12/4/1679605720-avortelf-vieux.png
Dans un premier temps je souhaite découvrir le trouble que je pense avoir en moi qui me rend différent et bizarre, ou bien découvrir l'absence de ce trouble, c'est ma priorité https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2023/12/4/1679605720-avortelf-vieux.png

En fait t'as pas le choix de te faire aider si tu es exclu socialement malgré tout tes efforts t'as forcément un trouble

Non, le c+t c'est encore loin du fond, le fond c'est quand t'en as plus rien à foutre de tout, en gros t'es même plus capable d'être triste donc bonne chance pour être stimulé suffisamment par des hormones pour outrepasser l'instinct de survie

Btw d'après les symptômes que tu as évoqué le mal qui te ronge c'est juste d'être légèrement plus intelligent que la normale, du coup tu te sens à l'écart et tu te rends compte de tes propres défauts, chose qu'un lambda 90 IQ ne connaîtra jamais
