A l'écrit son anglais est sûrement impeccable, à l'oral c'est légèrement foireux au niveau de la phonétique

Il fait illusion sur tous les français qui ont absolument aucun niveau en anglais.
Il force à mort sur son accent c'est du non-sens.

Macron a un meilleur niveau en anglais je dirais, juste il essaye pas de forcer sur un accent qu'il a pas comme Villepin fait maladroitement.
