Ancien tueur Ă  gages, Jason Bourne vit depuis deux ans Ă  Goa, sous une fausse identitĂ© et avec sa compagne, Marie. TraquĂ© par de nombreux ennemis, le couple se mĂ©fie de tout le monde. Kirill, un tueur russe, retrouve leur trace et assassine Marie aprĂšs une course-poursuite effrĂ©nĂ©e. Jason, toujours amnĂ©sique et en proie Ă  des cauchemars, parvient Ă  s'enfuir. Il se rend alors Ă  Berlin oĂč il se voit accusĂ© du meurtre de deux agents de la CIA. Il tente aussitĂŽt de dĂ©couvrir qui se cache derriĂšre cette terrifiante machination.
