J'ai fait qques squats, qques extensions de mollets à un banc et une 30aine de chin up en complément quel plaisir, je n'ai pas vu d'animaux alors qu'il m'arrive de croiser des BICHES https://www.noelshack.com/2024-32-5-1723225575-image.png
