Bon sujet et bien abordé.
Par contre, si je peux me permettre, tu devrais améliorer ta diction.

Par exemple essayer de faire des scènes plutôt qu'une vidéo en one shot cela te permettrait :
- de structurer tes propos
- de pouvoir refilmer ton passage si tu bafouilles trop ou tu cherches tes mots

De même tu parles un peu trop vite et de manière trop monotone tu devrais prendre plus de temps et de rythme pour dicter tes phrases et mettre le ton sur les mots importants. De même ne pas hésiter à utiliser des pauses.

Sinon tu identifies bien la problématique et tu abordes et vulgarise bien le sujet continue comme ça
