A moins de vivre dans un 9 m² je ne vois sincèrement pas d'argument contre le home gym

Tout mon matériel tient sur quelque chose comme 3m²

Sans déconner, après avoir fait l'expérience du home gym je ne pourrais probablement jamais retourner en salle, ça risquerait de me rendre véritablement zinzin
